Guest speaker\, Nicolette Reed\, Vice President of Evolutions In Business\, will cover the Compliance areas of concern for most manufactures and bring awareness to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). She will touch on the importance of CMMC Cyber protocols for ITAR. After graduating\, she went on to work as a Paralegal assistant at a lawfirm for several years before rejoining EIB in 2009 in an Administrative Assistant and Salesrole and she gradually worked her way up to the role of Vice President.Nicolette also moonlighted as DJ throughout New England for many years and managed herown small Entertainment company.
